The digital rotational viscometer controls the imported stepper motor through microcomputer drive technology to drive the rotor to swirl/spin in the liquid. The instrument measures the resistance (torque) of the rotor, and directly converts the rheological parameters such as viscosity, shear stress, and shear rate of the liquid through the internal calculation program according to the set speed and rotor geometric parameters. The results are displayed on the LCD screen in real time.

1. According to the estimated viscosity of the sample, select the appropriate rotor through the "Rotor/Rate" button. 2. Select the appropriate speed through the "RPM/Stress" button. 3. If you need to select parameters for an unknown sample, you can use the "Auto Scan" function. 4. Determine the measurement mode through the "Mode Select" button. 5. Immerse the rotor in the sample to the specified mark and press the "Start" button to start the measurement. 6. During the measurement process, the screen displays various data in real time. 7. After the measurement is completed, press the "Stop" button to terminate the program, or wait for the program to end automatically. 8. Use the "OK" key to confirm and record the current measurement information.
