Overview
SNB-1 digital Viscometer adopts international advanced microcomputer drive technology, imported stepper motor and LCD backlight display, with program setting and automatic control functions. The instrument has stable Rotation speed, good accuracy and easy operation. The screen directly displays information such as viscosity, Rotation speed, rotor number, percentage torque and liquid temperature. Full scale correction with standard silicone oil through PC interface ensures High Sensitivity, High Accuracy and High Repeatability, accurate and reliable measurement data.

Principle
The rotational viscometer drives the rotor to swirl/spin in the liquid through a microcomputer-controlled imported stepper motor, measuring the torque of the rotor and converting it into a viscosity value. The instrument adopts automatic control technology and is fully calibrated by standard silicone oil to ensure Measurement accuracy and Repeatability.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Choose the right rotor and Rotation speed combination
3. Immerse the rotor in the liquid to be tested
4. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically scans and displays the viscosity value
5. Connect external devices to record data through the Interface
Notice
• Make sure the instrument passes the standard silicone oil calibration before use
• Select the appropriate rotor according to the viscosity range of the measured liquid
Keep the measured liquid temperature stable to ensure measurement accuracy
• Avoid use in environments with severe fluctuations in Power supply voltage
• Regularly clean the rotor to ensure Measurement accuracy
