Overview
The SNB-2 digital rotational viscometer is a measuring instrument of the FANGRUI brand. It has an automatic scanning function and can intelligently recommend the combination of rotor and Rotation speed for easy operation. The large-screen LCD screen directly displays information such as viscosity, Rotation speed, percentage torque, rotor number and liquid temperature. The viscosity measurement range is 1~ 60000mPa · s.
Features
1. The viscosity value of the tested sample is directly displayed on the LCD screen without manual calculation.
2. Adopt 16-bit microcomputer processor as the core stepper motor high-subdivision drive, LCD backlight display;
3. Using programmable motor control, Mains Frequency changes do not affect Measurement accuracy;
4. The whole machine is designed in one machine, making it easy to operate.
5. Adopt large-screen Chinese backlight LCD display, with automatic scanning function for viscosity test, intelligently recommend rotor and Rotation speed combination, convenient and accurate test;
6. The instrument can provide the test low viscosity option "No. 0 rotor", and the viscosity value of the accurate test range is 1~ 100mPa · s;
7. Optional temperature sensor, real-time measurement of the temperature of the test sample, temperature measurement accuracy 0.1 ℃;
8. There is an RS232 interface (or optional USB2.0 interface), which can output data and connect to external devices;
9. Standard data processing software can record the change of sample viscosity with time, Rotation speed or rotor (shear rate) and temperature in real time, which is convenient for analyzing the viscosity and rheological characteristics of non-Newtonian liquids.
Principle
The SNB-2 digital rotational viscometer drives the rotor swirl/spin through a programmable motor, measuring fluid resistance to calculate viscosity. Using a 16-bit microcomputer processor and stepper motor high-subdivision drive technology, combined with automatic scanning function, intelligently selects the combination of rotor and Rotation speed to ensure accurate measurement.
