Overview
HUIDA Wear resistance tester HD-2036 is suitable for cloth, paper, coatings, plywood, leather, floor tiles, Glass, natural plastics and other materials. The test method is to rotate the sample on a pair of abrasive wheels and apply a specified load. The sample swirl/spin drives the abrasive wheels abrasion sample, and the abrasion loss weight is the difference between the weight of the sample before and after the test.
Features
1. Adopt swirl/spin friction method, surface contact form
2. Equipped with 1 grinding head, working disc Rotation speed 60/72rpm
3.Dimensions of abrasive wheels: 2 (up to 45mm), 1/2 (width)
4. LCD counting method, range 0~ 999900
5. Provide 250g, 500g, 1000g three load options
6. Standard imported abrasive wheels 1 pair, 50 stickers, 20 sandpaper
Principle
The specimen is fixed on the swirl/spin working plate with a pair of abrasive wheels and a specified load is applied. When the specimen is swirl/spin, the abrasive wheels are driven to produce abrasion. The abrasion loss weight is calculated by measuring the weight difference of the specimen before and after the test.
Applications
Cloth, Paper, Coatings, Plywood, Leather, Floor Tiles, Glass, Natural Plastics
Standards
DIN-53754、DIN-53799、DIN-53109、DIN-52347、TAPPI-T476、ASTM-D1044、ASTM-D3884、ISO-5470
Steps
Prepare samples with an outer diameter of 108mm, an inner diameter of 8mm, and a thickness of 3mm
2. Install abrasive wheels and adjust the distance between abrasive wheels and test piece 37~ 38mm
3. Select the required load (250g, 500g or 1000g)
4. Set the LCD counter
5. Start the equipment for wear resistance test
6. After the test is completed, weigh the sample to calculate the weight difference
