Overview
HUIDA HD-2043-E friction testing machine is used to test the damage and decolorization of dyed upper and lining leather after friction. The test method is to wrap a dried or wet white wool felt (optional) on the surface of the friction cone and then rub the test piece back and forth on the test bench.
Features
1. Adopt reciprocating friction mode, friction contact form is line
2. Use dried or wet white wool felt as friction medium
3. Equipped with LCD counter, counting range 0~ 99999
4. Friction Frequency Stable, 40 +/- 2cycles/min
5. The sample size is 120x20mm, and the wool felt area is 15x15mm.
6. The friction load and auxiliary load are both 500g, and the friction distance is 35mm.
Principle
The friction tester covers the surface of the friction cone with drying or wet white wool felt, and reciprocates the friction of the test piece sandwiched on the test bench to simulate the friction conditions in actual use to evaluate the damage and decolorization of the material.
Applications
Upper, leather lining
Standards
ISO-11640、SATRA PM173、QB/T2537
Steps
1. Prepare to dry or wet white wool felt, wrapped on the surface of the friction cone
2. Clip the test piece on the test bench
3. Set the friction parameters and start the equipment for reciprocating friction
4. Monitor the number of frictions with an LCD counter
5. After the test is completed, evaluate the degree of damage and decolorization of the specimen
Notice
• White wool felt needs to be purchased separately
• Power supply voltage is 1, AC 220V, 2A
Friction Frequency should be controlled within 40 +/- 2cycles/min
• The sample size must meet the 120x20mm requirement
• Pay attention to the friction load and auxiliary load when operating, both of which are 500g.
