Overview
HUIDA HD-1001-A Universal Testing Machine is a new type of material testing machine with full calculator operation, which effectively changes the shortcomings of traditional testing machines that are bulky, complicated to operate and single performance. It adopts a desktop Benchtop design and is equipped with a high-strength steel frame placement table for easy sitting and standing operation. The wide base is beautiful and generous and easy to place accessory tools.
Features
1. The structure adopts advanced paint-treated steel plate and aluminum extrusion sealing plate, with built-in High Accuracy, Low Resistance, No Gap Precision Screw and Guide Column to improve load efficiency and structural rigidity
2. Control system adopts imported full digital AC server to control high Response Frequency AC servo motor, high transmission efficiency, stable, low noise, speed accuracy +/- 0.5%
3. The microcomputer system uses a commercial calculator as the main control machine, and cooperates with the QCTech test software to complete the test parameter setting, state control, data collection processing analysis and result printing
4. Special measurement and control system can perform tensile, compression, bending, shearing, tearing, disbonding tests, calculate maximum force, yield force, average disbonding force, maximum deformation, yield point, Modulus of Elasticity and other parameters
5. Linear dispersion processing, graphic image interface, flexible data processing, MS-ACCESS database support
Principle
The PC and interface board are used for data collection, storage, processing and printing test results. Control system controls AC servo motor drive precision screw drive through full digital AC server to achieve accurate control of Test speed range 0.01~ 500mm/min, with Sensor measurement of force value deformation and other parameters.

Steps
1. Set the test parameters through the QCTech test software dialog box
2. Use a small operation box to fine-tune the position and install the sample
3. Select test modes such as tensile, compression, bending, bending resistance, and disbonding
4. Start the test, and the system automatically collects and processes data
5. View the result display and print out

• Pay attention to the upper and lower limit safety settings and the use of the emergency stop button
