Overview
PUSHEN double-channel Grindometer model ISO-25um is a fineness detection instrument with two grooves. The surface is on three unit scales of micron, Hegman and Mill, and the side is engraved with the brand name and product number. The product is equipped with drawdown blade, black hard plastic toolbox Encasement, internal Fineness Gauge surface coated with anti-rust oil and Plastic film parcel, Encasement is meticulous. The front asperity is 0.1, the drawdown blade asperity is 0.05, the range is 0~ 25 microns, and it is made of stainless steel (40Cr13 forging). It has good wear resistance and is used to detect the fineness of particles such as Coatings, inks, pigments, etc.
Features
1. double-channel design with drawdown blade
2. The surface adopts three unit scales of micron, Hegman and Mill
3. Stainless steel (40Cr13 forging), good wear resistance
4. Front asperity 0.1, drawdown blade asperity 0.05
5. Encasement is meticulous, using a black hard plastic toolbox, the interior is coated with anti-rust oil and parcelled with Plastic film
6. Range 0~ 25μm, accuracy +/- 1μm
Principle
In the process of fineness detection, pigments are ground into finer particles and dispersed in the fluid equipment. The physical property of this dispersion is called "fineness", which depends not only on the actual size of the individual particles, but also on the degree to which they are dispersed. The fineness of paints can be quickly measured using the inks Grindometer.
Applications
Paints, Coatings, pigments, raw materials, plastics, Printing inks, chocolate, ceramics, paper, food
Standards
GB/T 6753.1-2007
