Overview
QXP 50-150um single-channe Grindometer is an ISO single-channe Grindometer of JINGKELIAN brand, made of stainless steel, with a measurement fineness range of 50-150 microns and a Graduation range of 10 microns. Its specifications are strictly designed according to national and international standards. Dimension is 185x50x12mm. Appearance is similar to that of ordinary Grindometers.

Principle
The Grindometer determines particle size and dispersion by pouring the sample into the deeper end of the groove, scraping the sample toward the shallower end using a drawdown blade, and observing the position of the rough particles on the surface of the Fineness Gauge.

Steps
1. Pour a little more sample into the deeper end of the groove
2. Use the straight edge of the drawdown blade to scrape the sample towards the shallower end of the groove
3. Observe the position of rough particles on the surface of Fineness Gauge, which is the test point
Notice
• Make sure the scraper and drawdown blade are clean before use
• The sample volume should be slightly more than the groove capacity
• The scraping action needs to be smooth and even
• Pay attention to the ray of light conditions when observing to accurately identify the particle location
