Overview
QXP 0-100S double-channel Grindometer is the ISO double-channel Grindometer of JINGKELIAN brand, with a range of 0 to 100 microns, a recommended measurement fineness range of 40 to 90 microns, and a chute width of 12.5mm. Made of stainless steel, with anti-corrosion and Abrasion Resistance, it is suitable for the measurement of impurity particle fineness in Coatings, pigments, etc., and controls the mass of products in production, storage and application.
Features
1. Made of stainless steel, anti-corrosion and wear-resistant
2.Double-channel design to improve measurement efficiency
3. Range 0 to 100 microns, recommended range 40 to 90 microns
4. Meet international and domestic standards
5. Suitable for a variety of liquid and slurry inspections
Principle
By pouring the sample into the deeper end of the groove, scraping the sample towards the shallower end with a drawdown blade, observing the rough particle position on the surface of the Fineness Gauge to determine the particle fineness, thereby evaluating the dispersion of pigments and impurities.
Applications
Coatings, lacquers, inks, plastics, pigments, Printing inks, paper, ceramics, food
Standards
GB/T 1724、GB/T 6753.1、ISO 1524
Steps
1. Pour a little more sample into the deeper end of the groove
2. Use the straight edge of the drawdown blade to scrape the sample towards the shallower end of the groove
3. Observe the position of rough particles on the surface of Fineness Gauge and determine the test point
Notice
• Make sure the sample volume is slightly more than the groove capacity
• Use the straight edge of the drawdown blade when scraping to maintain uniform force
• Pay attention to the corresponding position of rough particles when observing
• Clean in time after use to avoid residue affecting accuracy
