Overview
The AN AM300S-P electric Stirrer is a compact series motor driven laboratory equipment suitable for mixing low to medium and high viscosity liquids. The machine is composed of a drive motor, a speed control controller and a torque increasing mechanism. The body is made of good engineering plastic and die-cast aluminum alloy, and the running state is stable.
Features
1. A variable speed booster mechanism is applied at the output end to double the output torque.
2. Stir speed is controlled by the microprocessor, which can instantly and effectively compensate for the speed change caused by load change and Power frequency fluctuation, and the constant speed is reliable.

Principle
The electric Stirrer is powered by a series-driven micro-motor that amplifies the torque by a torque booster and drives the Impeller swirl/spin. The core control system consists of a microprocessor that monitors and compensates for speed fluctuations caused by changes in load or Power frequency in real time, resulting in a constant speed Stir, with soft start and overload protection.

Steps
Connect the device to an AC 220V power supply.
2. Load the Impeller (clamping range 2~ 13mm) into the quick-acting chuck and fix it.
3. Continuously adjust the speed through the combined control knob, set the required speed (100~ 1800rpm), and the LED indicator bar displays the speed status.
4. Start the device to Stir, and the microprocessor will automatically maintain the set speed.
5. Turn off the power after use and remove the Impeller.
Notice
• Power frequency is AC 220V and frequency is 50/60Hz.
• Stirring capacity range is 50~ 40000ml, the maximum viscosity of the treatment liquid does not exceed 100000mPa.s.
Equipment should be used under Ambient Temperature ≤ 40 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
The equipment has an overload protection function, but do not overload for a long time.
• Note that the Protection Rating is IP40, do not use in an environment that may be exposed to large amounts of liquid or dust.
• Make sure the Impeller is firmly installed before use.
