Overview
The AN AM450L-P powerful electric Stirrer is a laboratory or pilot plant equipment driven by a series micro motor, suitable for mixed Stirring of low to medium and high viscosity liquids. The machine is compact and compact, composed of a drive motor, a torque increasing mechanism and a speed control controller. The body is made of high-density die-cast aluminum alloy, which runs stably. The output torque is doubled by the force increasing speed mechanism. It has the characteristics of high output power, high torque and convenient speed regulation.

Principle
The Stirrer is powered by a series micro-motor, which converts the speed of the motor to a larger output torque through a booster transmission mechanism to drive the Impeller swirl/spin. The user can adjust the speed in the range of 0~ 1800rpm through the stepless speed controller to adapt to the needs of liquid mixing with different viscosity and capacity. The ammeter shows the operating status in real time.

Steps
1. Power frequency is AC 220V, the environment meets the requirements (temperature ≤ 40 ℃, humidity ≤ 80%).
2. Select the appropriate four-blade helical Impeller according to the processing capacity (50~ 60000ml) and liquid viscosity (maximum 80000mPa.s).
3. Insert and fasten the Impeller shank (diameter 2~ 13mm) into the quick-acting chuck of the machine head.
4. Impeller to the appropriate depth in the liquid to be mixed.
5. Turn on the power supply and adjust the speed to the required value (0~ 1800rpm) through the stepless speed control box.
6. Observe the current value display and monitor the operating status.
7. After the Stir is completed, turn off the power after adjusting the speed to the lowest level, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
• Power frequency is AC 220V, rated frequency is 50/60Hz.
• Operating Environment temperature shall not exceed 40 ° C, relative humidity shall not exceed 80%.
• Impeller clamping range is only 2~ 13mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The processing capacity range is 50~ 60000ml, and the maximum viscosity of the liquid does not exceed 80000mPa.s.
Equipment Duty Cycle is continuous operation (S1), but please pay attention to the temperature rise during operation.
• Please observe the current indication when running, and stop the machine in time to check if it is abnormal.
• Do not use in flammable and explosive environments.
• Be sure to disconnect the power supply before cleaning and maintenance.
