Overview
AN AM450L-H digital display electric Stirrer is a laboratory Stir device driven by a series micro motor, suitable for mixed Stir of low to medium and high viscosity liquids. The machine consists of a drive motor, a speed control controller and a torque increasing mechanism. It has constant speed control, soft start, overload protection and timing functions. The digital display speed is intuitive, providing convenience for experiments.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a series micro motor as the driving core, and realizes stepless speed regulation through a speed regulation system controlled by a microprocessor. The system can instantly detect and compensate for the speed change caused by load changes or Power frequency fluctuations to maintain constant speed operation. The output terminal amplifies the motor torque through the torque increasing mechanism, thereby driving the Impeller to perform Stir operation.

Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, select and install a suitable Impeller (clamping range of φ 2~ 13mm).
Connect the device to an AC220V power supply.
3. Stir the desired speed (range 100~ 1800rpm) through the combined control knob.
4. If you need to run regularly, set the Timer Range (1~ 1000min).
5. Start the device and observe the LED digital display to confirm the current speed.
6. During the experiment, the speed can be adjusted steplessly as required.
7. After the experiment is completed or the timing is completed, turn off the equipment.
Notice
• Power frequency AC220V, frequency 50/60Hz.
• Stir processing capacity is recommended in the range of 50~ 60000ml, and the maximum viscosity of the liquid does not exceed 100000mPa · s.
Equipment should be used under Ambient Temperature ≤ 40 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Please make sure that the Impeller is firmly installed before use to avoid loosening during operation.
Equipment has overload protection function, but do not overload for a long time.
• Pay attention to the clamping range of the rotary chuck, and do not use the Impeller rod that exceeds the specification of φ 2~ 13mm.
• Regularly check the status of equipment to ensure safe operation.
