Overview
AN AM500L-P high-power electric Stirrer is a laboratory electric Stir device driven by a series micro-motor. It has the characteristics of compact structure, simple and fast operation, and is suitable for mixing Stir of low to medium and high viscosity liquids in laboratories or pilot workshops. The equipment consists of a drive motor, a torque increasing mechanism and a speed regulating controller. The main engine adopts a high-density die-casting aluminum alloy body, which runs stably. The output torque is doubled by the force increasing and shifting mechanism. It has the characteristics of high output power, high torque and convenient speed regulation.
Features
1. Driven by a series micro motor, it has a compact structure.
2. The main engine adopts high-density die-casting aluminum alloy body, and the operation state is stable.
3. A force-boosting transmission mechanism is applied at the output end to double the output torque.
4. It has the characteristics of high output power, high torque, and convenient speed regulation.
5. The operation is simple and fast.
Principle
The Stirrer is powered by a drive motor, which transmits power and amplifies torque through a booster transmission mechanism, ultimately driving the Impeller swirl/spin. The user can stepless speed regulation through the speed control controller, thus realizing Stir mixing of different viscosity liquids.
Applications
Laboratory, pilot workshop
Standards
S1 (continuous)
Steps
1. Place the equipment on a stable work surface.
2. According to the Stir's requirements, select the appropriate spiral Impeller and install it on the rotary chuck (clamping range φ 5~ 16mm).
3. Stir the container in place below the Impeller.
4. Connect the AC220V power supply.
5. Through the speed control box, start the speed from a low speed (100rpm) and continuously adjust it to the target speed (up to 2500rpm) as required.
6. Stir, turn off the power after adjusting the speed to the lowest level.
Notice
• Please ensure that the Ambient Temperature does not exceed 40 ℃ and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%.
• Do not exceed the maximum handling capacity (100L) and maximum viscosity (100000mPa · s) limits of the equipment.
• When installing the Impeller, ensure that it is firmly clamped within the specified diameter range by the rotating collet.
Start at a low speed to avoid sudden high-speed start.
• Do not touch the swirl/spin Impeller while the device is running.
• Please clean the equipment in time after use.
