Overview
The AN AM1000L-P high-power electric Stirrer is a vertical laboratory Stirrer controlled by an independent speed control box, with a speed range of 100 to 2500rpm. It uses a dissolving spiral Impeller, which is suitable for medium and high speed Stir, which can generate strong turbulence and high shear force, effectively pulverizing particles in liquids.

Principle
The Stirrer carries out stepless speed regulation through an independent speed control box, drives the motor to drive the torque increasing mechanism, and finally transmits the power to the spiral Impeller. The Impeller generates a top-to-bottom radial flow of the mixed medium during swirl/spin, forming strong turbulence and high shear force, so as to achieve efficient mixing of liquids and particle crushing.

Steps
1. Power frequency is AC220V and the environment meets the requirements.
2. Install the Impeller (φ 5~ 16mm) to the chuck and fix it.
3. Connect the independent speed control box to the Stir host.
4. Turn on the power supply and adjust the speed to the required range (100 to 2500 rpm) through the speed control box.
5. Stirring operation, the processing capacity does not exceed 150L, the viscosity does not exceed 100000mPa · s.
6. After use, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
* Power frequency is AC220V, rated frequency is 50/60Hz.
* Ambient Temperature should be ≤ 40 ℃, relative humidity should be ≤ 80%.
* Stirring capacity should not exceed 150L, the maximum viscosity of the liquid should not exceed 100000mPa · s.
* Impeller needs to be selected and firmly installed within the clamping range of the rotary chuck (φ 5~ 16mm).
* Equipment Duty Cycle is continuous operation (S1), but please pay attention to the running time to avoid overheating the motor.
Please operate smoothly when adjusting the speed to avoid sudden changes in speed.
* Please clean in time after use and keep the equipment drying.
