Overview
AN AM2000L-P high-power electric Stirrer is a vertical aluminum-shell laboratory electric Stirrer. It is driven by a series motor and stepless speed regulation by a speed control box. The speed range is 100-2500rpm. The equipment Stir has a processing capacity of 200L and an output power of 2000W. It is suitable for mixing Stir of low to medium and high viscosity liquids.

Principle
The device is powered by a series micro-motor, which is amplified by a force-increasing transmission mechanism and output to drive the Impeller swirl/spin. Users can stepless speed regulation of the motor through the speed control box, so as to precisely control the Stir speed and realize the mixing of different viscosity liquids. Stir.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable work surface and connect it to an AC220V power supply.
2. According to Stir's requirements, select and install a suitable Impeller (clamping range of φ 5~ 16mm).
3. Stir the material in a suitable container.
4. Start the device through the speed control box and swirl/spin the speed control knob to slowly adjust the speed from low speed to the required speed (within the range of 100~ 2500rpm).
5. After the Stir is completed, first adjust the speed to the lowest level, and then turn off the power.
6. Impeller removed and cleaned.
Notice
• Power frequency AC220V, frequency matching (50/60Hz).
• Ambient Temperature should not exceed 40 ℃ and relative humidity should not exceed 80%.
• Impeller installation must be firm and within the clamping range (φ 5~ 16mm).
Start at a low speed and slowly increase the speed to the required speed to avoid sudden high-speed start.
• The maximum processing capacity of the equipment is 200L, and the maximum allowable viscosity is 100000mPa · s. Please do not use it beyond the limit.
Equipment runs continuously (Duty Cycle S1), but attention should be paid to the motor temperature to avoid overloading for a long time.
• Do not use this equipment in a flammable and explosive environment.
• Be sure to disconnect the power supply before cleaning and maintenance.
