Overview
The AN AM120Z-P cantilever Stirrer is a compact laboratory device driven by a micro motor, suitable for Stir mixing of low to medium and high viscosity liquids. The machine consists of a drive motor, a friction transmission mechanism and a speed control controller. The body is made of high-density die-cast aluminum alloy, which operates stably. It has high and low speeds to increase torque. It also uses IC speed detection full constant power speed regulation technology to instantly compensate for speed changes caused by load and voltage fluctuations, providing intuitive digitalization speed display.
Features
1. Driven by a compact micro motor, it is suitable for laboratory low to medium and high viscosity liquid Stirring.
2. The machine body is made of high-density die-cast aluminum alloy, which is stable in operation.
3. The output speed and torque are basically constant, and the high and low speed increases the torque exponentially.
4. The speed controller adopts IC speed detection full constant power speed regulation technology, which can instantly and effectively compensate for the speed change caused by load change and Power frequency fluctuation.
5. Screen display intuitive digitalization Stir speed, provide guarantee for data collection.
6. Stepless speed regulation, rotating chuck clamping range is wide (φ 2~ 10mm), Stir processing capacity range is wide (50~ 20000ml).
7. Max. Torque is 52.0N.cm and can handle liquids with viscosity up to 100000 mPa · s.
Principle
The Stirrer is powered by a drive motor, which is driven by a friction transmission mechanism to transmit power to the Stir shaft. The speed controller adopts IC speed detection full constant power speed regulation technology to monitor the motor speed in real time, and adjusts the motor output in real time through feedback control to compensate for the impact of Stir load changes or external Power frequency fluctuations on the speed, so as to keep the set speed constant and achieve stable Stir.
Applications
Laboratory Liquid Stirring Mixing
Standards
Duty Cycle: S1 (continuous)
Steps
1. Place the device on a stable countertop and connect it to an AC220V power supply.
2. According to the diameter of the stirringrod (φ 2~ 10mm), install it to the rotary chuck and fix it.
3. Impeller in the liquid to be Stirred, ensuring that the stirringrod penetrates the container (suitable diameter 8mm).
4. Select the desired speed gear through the control knob (low gear 60~ 500rpm or high gear 240~ 2000rpm).
5. The swirl/spin control knob performs stepless speed regulation until the screen display reaches the target speed.
6. Start the device to start Stir.
7. Stir, turn off the power, remove the stirringrod and clean.
Notice
• Power frequency AC220V, frequency 50/60Hz.
• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be ≤ 40 ℃, relative humidity should be ≤ 80%.
• The stirringrod should be firmly installed, and the clamping range should not exceed φ 2~ 10mm.
• Stir processing capacity is recommended in the range of 50~ 20000ml, and the liquid viscosity does not exceed 100000mPa · s.
• The equipment is continuous working (S1), but it is recommended to stop and chill down after long-term operation.
• Please pay attention to safety during operation to avoid violent collisions between the Impeller and the wall or bottom of the container.
• Before cleaning and maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply of the equipment.
