Overview
BOZHEN BZ - 2.5-10 P program temperature control muffle furnace adopts overall design and humanized menu design, equipped with LCD program control instrument, with high luminance, wide window digital display, clear and intuitive indication. Adopts industrial PID self-tuning control technology, supports 30 program programming settings, suitable for complex experimental processes, microcomputer intelligent control solves temperature overshoot and other drawbacks, accurate and stable temperature control. After setting the temperature, the instrument controls heating and thermostatic by itself, with fault sound and light alarm and overtemperature sound and light alarm functions, and automatically cuts off the heating output.

Principle
The muffle furnace adopts a PID control system for temperature measurement through K-indexed nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple. The microcomputer intelligent control instrument automatically controls the heating element (high temperature resistance wire) to work according to the setting program to achieve accurate temperature control and thermostatic maintenance. When overtemperature or failure is detected, the system will trigger an acousto-optic alarm and automatically cut off the heating output to ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Set the required temperature parameters
2. Program 30-segment programs as needed
3. Start equipment, instrument automatic control heating and thermostatic
4. Monitor the running status and pay attention to the alarm prompts
5. Turn off the device after completing the experiment
