Overview
BOZHEN BZ-12-10P program temperature control muffle furnace adopts overall design and humanized menu design, equipped with LCD program control instrument, with high luminance, wide window digital display, clear and intuitive indication. The product adopts industrial PID self-tuning control technology, supports 30-segment program programming settings, suitable for complex experimental processes, microcomputer intelligent control solves the problem of temperature overshoot, and the temperature control is accurate and stable. After setting the temperature, the instrument automatically controls heating and thermostatic, and has the functions of fault sound and light alarm, over-temperature sound and light alarm and automatic cutting off heating output.

Principle
The muffle furnace adopts a PID control system for temperature measurement through a K-indexing nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple. The microcomputer intelligent control instrument automatically controls the heating process according to the setting program to achieve accurate temperature control and thermostatic maintenance. When there is a fault or overtemperature, the system will trigger a sound and light alarm and automatically cut off the heating output to ensure safe use.

Steps
1. Set the required temperature parameters
2. Set up 30 program programs as needed
