BOZHEN BZ - 2.5-10 T C Pottery and porcelain fiber muffle furnace is an integrated program temperature control periodic operation heater, using Pottery and porcelain fiber furnace and multi-sided heating elements, with fast heating speed, significant energy saving (energy saving rate of 40%), uniform temperature distribution, high working efficiency, can improve the experimental environment. It has been tested to meet the national C-class furnace standard.

Principle
Through the built-in PID adjustment control system, the muffle furnace intelligently controls the high-temperature resistance wire for multi-sided heating according to the temperature signal measured by the K-indexed Ni-Cr-Ni-Si Thermocouple. The system can execute 30-stage program settings to automatically control the heating and thermostatic process, achieving precise and stable temperature control.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Set the temperature or program through the controller under the furnace body (30-stage program is supported).
3, start the equipment, the instrument automatically controls the heating and thermostatic process.
4. After the experiment is completed, shut down the equipment according to the procedures.
Notice
• The equipment has the function of over-temperature protection. When it is over-temperature, it will sound and light alarm and automatically cut off the heating, but it is still necessary to pay attention.
When opening the door, the equipment will automatically stop heating to ensure safe operation.
• Please use according to the equipment specifications (such as Temperature range 100~ 1000 ℃), do not run beyond the limit.
• Below the back of the furnace body is the heating wire terminal, and above the back is the Thermocouple temperature measurement port. Please pay attention when operating.
Equipment weight of about 40KG, handling and installation should pay attention to safety.
