BOZHEN BZ-12-10TC Pottery and porcelain fiber muffle furnace is an integrated program temperature control periodic operation heater. It adopts Pottery and porcelain fiber furnace and multi-sided heating element, which has the characteristics of fast heating speed, significant energy saving, high working efficiency, and good temperature distribution uniformity in the furnace cavity. Principle
The muffle furnace adopts a PID adjustment control system, and the temperature is measured by K-indexing nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple. The microcomputer intelligent controller automatically controls the heating and thermostatic process according to the set program (up to 30 segments). The heating element (nickel-chromium wire) is heated on multiple sides in the Pottery and porcelain fiber furnace, and is insulated by thermal insulation materials to achieve efficient and uniform heating.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (380V 50Hz).
2. Control the temperature program required by the instrument setting through the LCD program (up to 30 segments).
3, start the equipment, the instrument will automatically control the heating, thermostatic process.
4. After the experiment is completed, the equipment can automatically stop heating or be turned off manually.

• The heating will automatically stop when the device opens the door, please pay attention to safety.
• Pay attention to the over-temperature alarm prompt, the equipment has the function of over-temperature automatic protection.
