Principle
Pottery and porcelain fiber furnace is used in the muffle furnace, the heating element is nickel-chromium wire, and the multi-sided heating method is used to make the temperature distribution in the furnace cavity uniform. The temperature control system uses K-indexed nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple for temperature measurement, and 30-stage programming settings are carried out through a PID-adjusted microcomputer intelligent controller to realize full-scale programmable, automatic control of temperature rise and thermostatic. Built-in two-stage overtemperature protection device, sound and light alarm and automatic cut off heating output when overheating to ensure safety.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (380V 50Hz).
2. Control the temperature program required by the instrument setting through the liquid crystal program under the furnace body (up to 30 segments).
3, start the equipment, the instrument will control the heating and thermostatic process by itself.
4. After the experiment is completed, the equipment can be programmed to stop heating or manually shut down.
Notice
• Power frequency is 380V 50Hz before use.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the furnace door at will, the door opening will trigger the protection function of stopping heating.
• Pay attention to the equipment alarm prompt, in case of failure or over-temperature alarm, please check and deal with it in time.
• Below the back of the furnace body is the heating wire terminal, and above the back is the Thermocouple temperature measurement port. Please pay attention to safety during operation.
The weight of the equipment is about 40KG, so pay attention when moving and installing.
