BOZHEN BZ-4-11TC Pottery and porcelain fiber muffle furnace is an integrated program temperature control periodic operation heater. Principle
The muffle furnace uses a PID adjustment control system for temperature measurement through K-indexed nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple. The microcomputer intelligent controller automatically controls the high temperature resistance wire for multi-sided heating according to the set program (up to 30 segments) to achieve accurate heating and thermostatic process. Pottery and porcelain fiber materials are used in the furnace, and thermal insulation bricks and thermal insulation cotton are used to ensure efficient heating and temperature uniformity.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Control the temperature program required by the instrument setting through the LCD program (up to 30 segments).
3, start the equipment, the instrument will automatically control the heating element according to the set program temperature, thermostatic.
4. During the experiment, the equipment runs automatically, and an audible and visual alarm will be issued when the set conditions are reached or an abnormality occurs.
5. After the experiment, the equipment can be chilled down or manually shut down according to the program.
Notice
• The equipment has an over-temperature protection function. When it is over-temperature, it will sound and light alarm and automatically cut off the heating. You need to check the reason before using it.
• The device will automatically stop heating when opening the door, please pay attention to safety.
• Make sure that the temperature measuring components such as Thermocouple are installed correctly before use.
• Please pay attention to the weight of the equipment (about 40KG), and ensure that it is stable during handling and installation.
