BOZHEN BZ-8-11TC Pottery and porcelain fiber muffle furnace is an integrated program temperature control periodic operation heater. Principle
The muffle furnace adopts a PID adjustment control system, and the temperature is measured by K-indexing nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple. The microcomputer intelligent controller automatically controls the heating and thermostatic process according to the set program (up to 30 segments), and drives the high temperature resistance wire for multi-sided heating. The system has the function of over-temperature protection, and will alarm and cut off the heating when the temperature is abnormal.

Steps
Connect a 380V 50Hz power supply.
2. Control the temperature program required by the instrument setting through the LCD program (up to 30 segments).

4. After the experiment is completed, the equipment is programmed to stop heating or manually shut down.
Notice
• When the equipment is running, do not open the furnace door at will, the door opening will trigger the protection function of stopping heating.
• Pay attention to the equipment alarm prompt (fault or overtemperature) and deal with it in time.
• Power frequency is 380V and meets equipment requirements.
The equipment is relatively heavy (about 45KG), and it is necessary to pay attention to safety during handling and installation.
• The Thermocouple terminal is located below the back of the furnace body, and the heating element terminal is located below the back of the furnace body. Please pay attention to the position when connecting.
