Principle
The resistance furnace adopts the PID adjustment technology through the microcomputer intelligent Control system, and the meter controls the heating output by itself after setting the temperature. The heating element is a high temperature resistance wire, which is worn in the wire groove of the inner furnace lining to realize 4-sided heating. The sealing structure in the furnace and the insulation layer ensure the efficient use of thermal energy. When the set temperature is reached, the thermostatic timing starts, and the protection device is automatically triggered to cut off the heating when it exceeds the temperature.

Steps
