Principle
Control system through the microcomputer, the instrument controls the heating output by itself after setting the temperature. Adopting PID adjustment technology, K-indexing nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple for temperature measurement, to achieve full range adjustable thermostatic operation. Heating element is high temperature resistance wire, top, bottom, left and right 4-sided heating to ensure uniform and stable temperature in the furnace.

Steps
1. Connect the 380V power supply
2. Set target temperature and Working time by controller

Notice
• Power supply voltage 380V 50Hz before use
• When installing, pay attention to the weight of the furnace body about 180KG, which needs to be placed firmly

• Thermocouple wiring is located above the back of the furnace body, pay attention to the correct connection during installation
• The heating element terminal is located below the back of the furnace body, and it needs to be powered off during maintenance
