Principle
The resistance furnace conducts temperature measurement through K-indexing nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple, and uses PID adjustment Control system to achieve accurate temperature control. The nickel-chromium wire of the heating element is worn in the wire groove of the inner furnace lining to realize 4-sided heating up, down, left and right. The microcomputer intelligent Control system automatically adjusts the heating output according to the set temperature. When the set temperature is reached, the thermostatic timing starts. During operation, it has over-temperature protection and fault alarm functions.
