Principle
The muffle furnace uses high temperature refractory fiber vacuum forming products as the furnace tank, and realizes temperature adjustment through mechatronics design and program control. The heating element adopts multi-sided Heating mode, combined with K-type Thermocouple for temperature detection and PID adjustment to ensure uniform temperature distribution in the furnace cavity, fast heating speed and high temperature control accuracy. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with a nitrogen filling device, which can be filled with nitrogen at high temperature to slow down the oxidation of the test product.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage is 220V 50/60Hz.
2. Open the furnace door and put the workpiece into the furnace.
3. Close the furnace door and set the required heating and thermostatic programs through the temperature control instrument.
4. Start the equipment, monitor temperature changes, and ensure temperature control accuracy.
5. After the experiment is completed, turn off the power supply and take out the workpiece after chilling down.
