Overview
BOZHEN BZH-10-12 ash determination muffle furnace is a new generation of energy-saving intelligent products with high performance mechatronics. Principle
Adopting industrial PID self-tuning control technology, microcomputer intelligently controls the temperature. After setting the temperature, the instrument controls the heating output by itself, and the temperature control is accurate and stable. With start timing or thermostatic start Timing function after setting the temperature, over-temperature alarm and automatically cut off the heating output.

Steps
1. Working time and temperature.

• The equipment has an over-temperature alarm device, which automatically cuts off the heating output when it exceeds the temperature.
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz before use.
• The temperature measurement port is above the back of the furnace body, and Thermocouple enters from here.
• The heating wire terminal is located below the back of the furnace body.
• The controller is located under the furnace body and has a built-in Control system.
• Avoid overtemperature during operation, with built-in secondary overtemperature protection device.
