Principle
The muffle furnace adopts resistance wire heating elements and ceramic fiber furnace, and realizes accurate temperature control through PID temperature control instrument and K-type Thermocouple. It has multi-sided Heating mode to ensure uniform temperature distribution in the furnace cavity, and the heating rate can reach ≥ 10 ℃/min.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50Hz.
2. Open the left open furnace door and place the sample.
3. Set the heating and thermostatic process through the self-programmed temperature control program.
4, start heating, monitor the temperature display.
5. After the experiment is completed, turn off the power and remove the sample.
