BOZHEN 101-3 electric air blowing dryer is a drying equipment suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc. It can be used for drying, baking wax melting, heat treatment and Miscellaneous heating purposes. It is designed to comply with relevant industry standards, but is not suitable for drying flammable and explosive items.

Principle
The device generates heat through an electric heating element and uses a built-in fan for forced circulation ventilating, so that the hot air flows evenly inside the studio, so as to achieve the purpose of setting the temperature and drying or heat treating the goods. Dial temperature control meters are used to set and monitor the temperature.

Steps
Place the device in a smooth, well-ventilated environment and connect it to a 220V power supply.
2. Open the box door and place the items to be processed in the studio.
3. Close the box door and set the required temperature (RT + 50~ 300 ° C) through the Dial temperature control instrument.
4. Turn on the power supply and heating switch, the device starts to work, and the built-in fan runs to ensure uniform temperature.
5. Observe the sample changes through the tempered Glass door, turn off the power after the process, and take out the items after the temperature in the box drops naturally.
Notice
• This equipment is not suitable for drying flammable and explosive items to avoid explosion.
• Do not open the box door during the Operating Time of the equipment, so as not to affect the temperature uniformity and cause heat loss.
• When placing items, make sure that the internal air duct is not blocked to ensure the air circulation effect.
• The power of the device is 5000W, please ensure that the power line meets the load requirements.
• Please pay attention to high temperature during operation to avoid burns.
• Before cleaning and maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply and wait for the equipment to completely chill down.
