Overview
BOZHEN 101-4 Blast drying oven is a heating equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc. It is suitable for drying, baking molten wax, heat treatment and Miscellaneous heating purposes. This product is not suitable for drying flammable and explosive items to avoid danger.
Features
1. Adopt Dial instrument for temperature control, simple operation; the box is made of arc argon welding, the outside is made of good steel plate, the liner is subjected to high temperature silver paste lame plating, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance; the design is synchronized with the international, and the shape is beautiful and novel.

Principle
The blast drying oven is heated by an electric heating element, and the built-in circulating fan is used to force air convection, so that the hot air is evenly circulated inside the studio, so as to reach the set temperature and maintain thermostatic, and realize drying, baking or heat treatment of articles.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply.
2. Set the required temperature through the Dial temperature control instrument.
3. Put the items to be processed into the studio.
4. Close the tempered Glass door and start the equipment to work.
5. The sample can be observed through the Glass Door during the working process.
6. After the work is completed, turn off the power and take out the items after the box is chilled down.
Notice
• It is strictly forbidden to use for drying flammable and explosive items to avoid explosion.
• Before use, please confirm that the Power frequency meets the equipment requirements (220V).
• When the equipment is working and just after it is stopped, the temperature of the box and interior is very high, so do not touch it directly to prevent burns.
• When placing items, do not block the internal air duct to ensure uniform temperature.
Do not open the box door for a long time while the equipment is running, so as not to affect the stability of the temperature field and cause energy waste.
• Regularly check the equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
