101-0A digital blast drying oven is used for drying, baking wax melting, heat treatment and Miscellaneous heating in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc. It is not suitable for drying flammable and explosive materials to avoid explosion.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a resistance wire placed at the bottom of the box, and the heat is discharged forward through the side air duct to form a reasonable air duct. The built-in circulating ventilating system makes the hot air fully convected, so that the temperature in the box is as uniform as possible. The temperature control instrument adopts precision temperature control technology. After setting the temperature, the instrument controls the heating by itself and is automatically thermostatic.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply.
2. Set the required temperature through a digital temperature control instrument.
3. Set the Timer Range (1~ 999 minutes).
4, the equipment starts to heat, built-in blower work, to achieve circulation ventilating.
5. Observe the change of the sample through the tempered Glass door.
6. After reaching the set time or temperature, the device stops working.
Notice
• It is not suitable for drying flammable and explosive materials to avoid explosion.
• Do not touch the liner and heating components directly when the equipment is running or at high temperatures.
When adjusting the height or number of shelves, make sure the equipment is powered off and chilled down.
• Before use, please confirm that the opening and closing state of the exhaust port (top of the box) meets the experimental requirements.
• Regularly clean the studio and keep the equipment in good condition.
