Principle
The drying generates heat through an electric heater located in the air duct at the bottom of the studio. After starting, the centrifugal blower with large air volume works, forcing hot air to blow out from the top of the studio, and returning air from the bottom after passing through the studio to form a forced hot air circulation, so that the temperature inside the studio is quickly and evenly. The temperature is monitored and controlled by an intelligent digital temperature control oven (equipped with PT100 temperature sensing element), and the heating power is automatically adjusted through the PID algorithm to stabilize the temperature at the value set by the user to achieve thermostatic drying.

Steps
1. Place the test product on the shelf in the studio (if the test product is large, the shelf can be removed).
2. Close the door and set the required operating temperature and timing time through the intelligent digital display temperature controller.
3. Turn on the power supply, start the equipment, and start the heating and blast system.
4. The equipment automatically heats up to the set temperature and remains thermostatic, and the internal situation can be observed through the Glass door during operation.
5. If you need to change air, you can open the exhaust valve; if you need to exhaust smoke, you can connect the exhaust pipe.
6. After reaching the set time or drying is completed, turn off the power of the equipment and take out the sample.
Notice
• This equipment is not suitable for placing items with volatile substances to avoid explosion.
Do not exceed the maximum load limit of the equipment (15KG/piece).
• When the equipment is running, do not open the box door frequently to avoid affecting temperature stability and energy consumption.
• Regularly check whether the electrical circuit and safety protection devices (such as over-temperature alarm) are normal.
• When performing equipment inspection or circuit repair, the side door of the box side control layer can be removed for operation.
• Note that the Power frequency of the device is 220V and the input power is 3000W. Please make sure the power supply matches.
