Overview
BOZHEN 101-2AS digital stainless steel blast drying oven is a liner made of 304 stainless steel drying equipment with a maximum operating temperature of 300 ° C and Inner chamber dimensions of 550x550x450mm. It is suitable for baking, drying, heat treatment and Miscellaneous heating applications, and is widely used in industrial and laboratory fields. The equipment uses an intelligent digital temperature control instrument, which can realize any temperature setting and thermostatic control from room temperature to the highest temperature range, and is equipped with an electric blower to promote hot air convection and make the temperature distribution more uniform.
Features
1. The liner is made of good 304 high temperature resistant stainless steel, which is durable and easy to clean.
2. Adopt intelligent program 8-segment digital temperature controller (PID temperature control), accurate temperature control, intuitive reading, and easy operation.
3. Equipped with a large air volume centrifugal blower, forced hot air circulation, to ensure that the studio temperature is uniform, fan noise below 65dB.
4. With multiple safety protection systems, including molded case short circuit, over-temperature alarm (0-50 degree adjustable).
5. Film thickness of the box insulation layer reaches 70-90mm, using good silicate cotton insulation material, the door is sealed with temperature-resistant silicone rubber strip, and the thermal insulation effect is good.
6. Standard two workpiece plates, each with a load of up to 15KG.
7. Equipped with an exhaust valve, it can exchange air or connect an external exhaust pipe.

Principle
This drying oven generates heat through an electric heater (star connection 220V 50HZ) arranged in the air duct at the bottom of the studio. The large air volume centrifugal blower in the control room of the box blows hot air from the top of the studio, forcing it to circulate inside the studio and returning air from the bottom to form a forced hot air circulation, so that the temperature distribution is uniform. The intelligent digital temperature controller (PID temperature control) monitors the temperature through the temperature sensing element PT100 and automatically controls the heating system (using SSR control) to keep the studio temperature constant at the set value.

Steps
1. Place the test product on the test shelf in the studio (if the test product is large, the shelf can be removed).
2. Close the box door and observe the studio situation through the inner Glass door.
3. Set the required operating temperature (RT + 50~ 300 ℃ range) and timing time (0-9999 minutes) on the intelligent digital temperature controller.
4. Turn on the power supply of the equipment, and the heating and blast system will start to work.
5. The device will automatically heat up and be thermostatic at the set value.
6. If you need to change the air, you can open the exhaust valve or an external exhaust pipe.
7. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply and remove the sample after the temperature in the box decreases.
Notice
• It is not suitable for placing items with volatile substances to avoid explosion.
Do not exceed the maximum load of the equipment (15KG/piece).
• Please pay attention to the setting of the over-temperature alarm when operating.
• When checking or repairing the circuit, the side door of the box side control layer can be removed.
• Power frequency is 220V before use.
