Principle
This drying oven generates heat through an electric heater set in the air duct at the bottom of the studio. After starting, the centrifugal blower with large air volume works, forcing hot air to blow out from the top of the studio, and then returning air from the bottom after passing through the studio to form mechanical convection, so that the studio temperature is uniform. The intelligent digital display temperature control instrument (PID) monitors the temperature through the temperature sensing element PT100, and automatically controls the on-off of the heating system (SSR solid state relay), so that the studio temperature is constant at the value set by the user.

Steps
1. Place the test product on the working shelf in the studio (if the test product is large, the shelf can be removed).
2. Close the box door.
3. Set the required operating temperature and time on the intelligent digital display thermostat.
4. Turn on the power supply, start the equipment, and start the blower and heating system.
5. The device will automatically heat up and be thermostatic at the set value, and may automatically stop after reaching the set time (depending on the usage of the timing function).
6. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply and wait until the temperature in the box decreases before taking out the sample.

• It is not suitable for placing items with volatile substances to avoid explosion.
• The maximum operating temperature of the equipment is 300 ° C, please do not use it over temperature.
• When taking and placing the test product, please pay attention to the high temperature to avoid burns.
• The inspection or repair of the electronic control system needs to be carried out by professionals, and the side door of the box side control layer can be removed for operation.
• When in use, the exhaust valve can be opened or the exhaust pipe can be connected to maintain air circulation.
• Power frequency is 220V, consistent with equipment requirements.
