Its liner is made of 304 stainless steel, the maximum operating temperature can reach 300 ° C, and the Inner chamber dimensions are 800x800x1000mm, which can accommodate various samples. Principle
This drying oven generates heat through an electric heater located in the air duct at the bottom of the studio. After starting, the centrifugal blower with large air volume works, forcing hot air to blow out from the top of the studio and form a circulation through the bottom return air to make the studio temperature even. The intelligent digital temperature controller (PID) detects the temperature through the temperature sensing element PT100 and compares it with the set value. It automatically controls the on-off of the heating system (controlled by SSR) to keep the temperature constant at the set value.

Steps
1. Place the sample on the shelf in the studio.
2. Close the box door.
3. Set the required operating temperature and time on the intelligent digital display thermostat.
4. Turn on the power supply, start the equipment, and start the heating and blast system to work.
5. The device will automatically heat up and be thermostatic at the set value, and may stop heating after reaching the set time (depending on the specific function).
6. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply and remove the sample after the temperature in the box decreases.
Notice
• It is not suitable for placing items with volatile substances to avoid explosion.
• When the sample is large, the shelf can be removed to expand the space.
• Ventilation can be carried out by opening the exhaust valve or external exhaust pipe.
The side door of the electronic control system can be removed for inspection or repair of the wiring.
• Power frequency is 220V before use.
