BOZHEN 101-2AD digital blast drying oven is an electric air blowing dryer with intelligent digital temperature control instrument. Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating element, which is automatically controlled by an intelligent digital temperature controller (PID controller) to maintain the thermostatic within the set temperature range. The box is equipped with an electric blower, which prompts the forced circulation of hot air in the studio. Convection, thus ensuring uniform temperature distribution.

Steps
1. Place the items to be processed on the test shelf in the studio.
2. Close the door and set the required operating temperature through the intelligent digital temperature controller.
3. Turn on the power supply and start the device to start heating.
4. The device will automatically heat up to the set temperature and remain thermostatic.
5. Glass doors can be used to observe internal conditions during work.
6. After the work is completed, cut off the power supply and remove the items after the temperature in the box decreases.
Notice
• It is not suitable for placing items with volatile substances to avoid explosion.
• If the sample is large, the shelf can be removed to expand the storage space.
• The air in the working room can be replaced by opening the exhaust valve or connecting the external exhaust pipe.
• The side door of the control layer can be removed for inspection or repair of the circuit.
• When the over-temperature alarm device triggers the buzzer alarm, the power supply should be cut off in time and the fault should be eliminated.
