BOZHEN 101-4AD digital blast drying oven is an electric air blowing dryer with intelligent digital temperature control instrument. Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating element, which is automatically controlled by an intelligent digital temperature controller (PID controller), which can maintain the thermostatic within the set range. At the same time, an electric blower is installed in the box to force the hot air to perform mechanical convection inside the studio, thus ensuring uniform temperature distribution in the box.

Steps
1. Place the test product to be processed on the test shelf in the studio. If the test product is large, the shelf can be removed.
2. Close the door and set the required operating temperature through the intelligent digital temperature controller.
3. Turn on the power supply (380V) and start the device to start heating.
4. Glass observation window on the box door can be used to observe the working room.
5. If you need to change the air, you can open the exhaust valve or connect the external exhaust pipe.
6. After the work is completed, cut off the power supply and remove the sample after the temperature in the box decreases.
