BOZHEN 202-0A digital electric heating drying oven is an electric thermostatic drying oven with digital display instrument temperature control. Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heating element, and the air in the working room is circulated by natural convection to achieve the purpose of uniform heating. The digital temperature control instrument monitors and controls the temperature in the box in real time to stabilize it at the set value, so as to realize the functions of thermostatic drying and heating.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated environment and connect it to a 220V power supply.
2. Open the box door and place the items to be processed in the studio.
3. Close the door and set the required temperature (RT +~ 300 ° C) through the digital temperature control meter.
4. Turn on the power switch and the device starts to heat up.
5. Monitor the status of internal items through the observation window. After achieving the desired effect, turn off the power supply.
6. After the temperature in the box naturally chills down to a safe range, open the box door and take out the items.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a stable, ventilated, drying and non-flammable and explosive environment.
• Do not directly touch the box and liner when the equipment is working or at high temperature to prevent burns.
• The items placed should not exceed the volume of the studio and ensure that the items are firmly placed without touching the heating elements.
• Do not put flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosive items in the box.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not open the box door for a long time, so as not to affect the temperature control accuracy and cause heat loss.
Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to cut off the power and wait for it to chill down completely.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment without authorization.
