Overview
BOZHEN 202-3AD digital electric drying oven is an electric thermostatic drying oven with digital temperature instrument temperature control, with over-temperature alarm function. Its liner is made of stainless steel to ensure a clean working environment, and through a firm inner shell welding process, it can adapt to long-term high temperature, high load and high frequency use. The drying oven provides excellent conditions for drying and heating of powder products. It adopts natural convection method without blast, and is suitable for R & D institutions, ** institutions and industrial and mining enterprises to carry out various tests such as drying, heating, disinfection, sterilizing, curing or softening.
Features
1. Adopt a simple-to-operate digital temperature display instrument for accurate and reliable temperature.
2. Equipped with a window, it is convenient to observe the changes of the sample, and at the same time effectively ensure that the temperature of the studio does not lose.
3. The box is made by arc argon welding process, and the exterior is made of good steel plate, resulting in a beautiful and novel design.
4. With over-temperature alarm function, the operation safety is high.
Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heating element and circulates the air in the box by natural convection to achieve a uniform temperature distribution. The digital temperature instrument monitors and controls the temperature in the box in real time to ensure a thermostatic environment and meet the process requirements such as drying and heating.
Applications
R & D institutions, ** institutions, industrial and mining enterprises
Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated position and connect the power supply.
2. Open the box door and put in the items to be processed. Be careful not to place the items too tightly.
3. Close the box door and set the required temperature through the digital temperature meter.
4. Start the equipment and start heating.
5. During the working process, the internal situation can be observed through the window.
6. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply and wait for the temperature in the box to drop naturally before opening the box door to remove the items.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Do not place flammable, explosive or corrosive items in the box.
• When placing items, ensure that they are placed evenly and must not block the air duct or be too dense.
• When the equipment is running and just after operation, the temperature of the box and interior is very high, do not touch it directly to prevent burns.
• Before opening the door to pick up the goods, be sure to confirm that the temperature in the box has dropped to a safe range.
• Before cleaning the equipment, the power must be cut off and the equipment must be completely chilled down.
• If the device emits abnormal sound, smell or over-temperature alarm, the power should be cut off immediately and a professional should be contacted for inspection.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the equipment.
