Overview
IPRE4XC Metallurgical Microscopy is simple to operate, compact in structure, and beautiful in appearance. The support area of the base is large, the curved arm is firm, the center of gravity is low, stable and reliable, and the eyepiece and the support surface are inclined at 45 degrees to make observation comfortable. It can be connected to a computer for real-time dynamic observation, comparative analysis, editing, saving, printing of metallographic pictures, and automatic rating through software.
Features
1. Simple operation, compact structure, beautiful appearance
2. Large base support area, sturdy curved arms, low center of gravity, stable and reliable placement
3. The eyepiece and the supporting surface are tilted at a 45-degree angle for comfortable observation
4. Real-time dynamic observation on the computer display screen, manual comparison analysis, editing, saving, and printing of metallographic pictures
5. The measurement graphics can be automatically rated by the software
Principle
IPRE4XC Metallurgical Microscopy adopts the principle of Optical inspection amplification, and realizes the magnification of 100X~ 1000X to observe the sample through the combination of objective lens and eyepiece. Equipped with a library lighting system to provide uniform illumination, and a focusing system to achieve precise focusing. Image acquisition and analysis can be carried out by connecting the three-eye observation head to the computer.
Applications
Factory or laboratory casting mass identification, raw material inspection, metallographic structure analysis after material treatment, surface lame plating and other surface phenomena research, iron and steel material metallographic analysis, non-ferrous metal material metallographic analysis, casting metallographic analysis, platings metallographic analysis, geological petrographic analysis, industrial compound microscopic research, ceramic microscopic research, metallographic research, materials science research, teaching field
Steps
1. Place the sample on the stage
2. Adjust pupil distance and eyepiece position
3. Select the appropriate objective multiple
4. Focus with coarse fretting coaxial focusing system
5. Adjust the luminance of the lighting system
6. Connect a computer for observation and image acquisition
7. Use software for image analysis, editing, and saving
Notice
• Make sure the instrument is placed smoothly before use
• Pay attention to the range limit when adjusting the pupil distance (55mm~ 75mm)
• Oil immersion is required when using 100X objectives
• Coarse adjustment first and then fine adjustment when focusing
• Pay attention to the range limit when moving the stage (15mm vertically and 15mm horizontally)
• Optical inspection parts are cleaned regularly
• Turn off the lighting system in time after use
