Overview
The ANDE NDJ-8S digital Viscometer is an intelligent instrument based on 16-bit high-performance single-chip microprocessor technology. It uses a stepper motor to run accurately and smoothly according to the program setting, and drives the rotor to rotate at a constant speed with a torque Sensor. By detecting the viscous resistance of the rotor in the measured liquid, the viscosity value of the measured liquid is displayed after treatment. The instrument has the advantages of fast and easy operation, high measurement accuracy, strong anti-interference, and has the function of measurement range. The full scale display value is 100%.

Principle
The NDJ-8S digital Viscometer runs accurately and smoothly according to the program setting through a stepper motor, and drives the rotor to rotate at a constant speed with a torque Sensor. When the rotor is subjected to viscous resistance in the measured liquid, the instrument detects the resistance and processes it, and finally displays the viscosity value of the liquid on the screen.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V, 50Hz or 110V, 60Hz)
2. Select the appropriate rotor (1 #, 2 #, 3 #, 4 #or 0 #optional)
3. Set Rotor speed (0.3/0 6/1.5/3/6/12/30/60rpm)
4. Immerse the rotor in the tested liquid
5. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically detects and displays the viscosity value
6. Data transmission can be carried out through the RS232C interface (baud rate 9600)

• Rotor selection should be reasonably configured according to the viscosity range (10~ 2000000mPa · s)
