Overview
ANDE DV-79 digital Viscometer is a viscosity measurement instrument which has been greatly improved on the basis of the original NDJ-79. It adopts a 16-bit microcomputer processor as the core stepper motor high subdivision drive, digital LCD digital display Viscosity-Tester with blue backlight function, and its function and performance reach or exceed the professional level of the same type abroad.
Features
1. Rotation speed is smooth and accurate, the buttons are clearly marked, programmed design, and easy to operate
2. When the torque is lower than 10% and higher than 90% Measurement range, the instrument will sound an alarm
3, RTD temperature probe can monitor and measure viscosity temperature in real time, accuracy is 0.1 ℃, Temperature Measurement range is 0 ℃ -120 ℃
4. The screen directly displays viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value that can be measured at the current Rotation speed of the selected rotor
5. Optional RS232 interface printing, the printing interval is set by the user
6. The main control board and subdivision driver board all use patch technology, and the circuit design adopts the current professional microcomputer processor, with a reasonable and compact structure
7. Measurement and correction of digital Viscometer full scale and Linearity of each gear are carried out through PC interface, and its Measurement performance and function reach the professional level of the same type abroad
Principle
The DV-79 Digital Viscometer is used for the measurement of Tack Resistance and dynamic viscosity of liquids, including measurement of Newtonian and non-Newtonian liquids.

Notice
• When the torque is below 10% or above 90% Measurement range, the instrument will sound an alarm
Measurement range is 0 ℃ -120 ℃, need to use within this range
• Before use, confirm that the input voltage of the Power Adapter is 220V 50 +/- 1Hz
• Choose the right rotor and Rotation speed combination before measurement
