Overview
The ANDE DV-79A digital Viscometer has been greatly improved on the basis of the original NDJ-79, and the function and performance have reached or exceeded the professional level of the same type abroad. It is a digital Viscosity-Tester with digital LCD with blue backlight and high subdivision drive using 16-bit microcomputer processor as the core.
Features
1. Stable and accurate rotation speed, clear key marking, programmed design, and easy operation.
2. When the torque is lower than 10% or higher than 90% measurement range, the instrument will sound an alarm.
3. Equipped with RTD temperature probe, it can monitor and measure viscosity temperature in real time, the accuracy is 0.1 ℃, and the measurement range is 0 ℃ -120 ℃.
4. The screen directly displays the viscosity, speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value that can be measured at the current speed of the selected rotor.
5. Optional RS232 interface printing is available, and the printing interval can be set by the user.
6. The main control board and subdivision driver board are all made of patch technology, and the circuit design is based on a professional microcomputer processor, resulting in a reasonable and compact structure.
