Overview
ANDE DV-79B + PRO digital Viscometer is an upgraded product based on the original NDJ-79 model. It adopts 16-bit microcomputer processor and stepper motor high-subdivision drive technology. It is a program control rotational viscometer with digital LCD backlight display. It can be connected to computers and printers, and its functions and performance meet or exceed the professional level of the same type abroad.
Features
1. Stable and accurate speed, programmed design, easy to operate.
2. When the torque measurement range is lower than 10% or higher than 90%, the instrument will issue an alarm.
3, equipped with RTD temperature probe, can monitor the measurement viscosity temperature in real time, accuracy 0.1 ℃, measurement range 0 ℃ -120 ℃.
4. The screen directly displays viscosity, speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value that can be measured at the current speed.
5. Optional RS232 interface is available to connect to the printer, and the printing interval can be set by the user.
6. The main control board and driver board use patch technology, and the circuit design is based on a professional microcomputer processor, resulting in a compact and reasonable structure.
7, Full Scale and Linearity Measurement Correction through PC interface, Measurement performance and function reach the same type of professional level abroad.
Principle
This digital Viscometer is used to measure the Tack resistance and dynamic viscosity of the liquid. Its core is to control the stepper motor to drive the rotor to swirl/spin in the liquid through the microcomputer processor, and calculate and display the viscosity value of the liquid according to the Tack resistance (torque) of the rotor.
Applications
Oils, paints, food, coatings, paper, cosmetics, chemicals, capsule Adhesives and various fluids
Steps
1. According to the estimated viscosity range of the liquid to be tested, select the appropriate rotor (E, F, G) and test container (B type).
2. Install the selected rotor and immerse the RTD temperature probe in the liquid to be measured to monitor the temperature.
3. Press the button to set the required speed (in increments of 100 rpm, the range is 5 to 800 rpm).
4. Start the measurement, the instrument will automatically run and display information such as viscosity, speed, temperature, torque percentage and maximum measurable viscosity on the screen in real time.
5. During the measurement process, if the torque is lower than 10% or higher than 90%, the instrument will issue an alarm prompt.
6. After the measurement is completed, the data can be recorded and output by connecting the computer or printer through the RS232 interface.
Notice
Please ensure that the input voltage of the Power Adapter is 220V 50Hz and the output voltage is 15V 1.2A.
* Correctly select the rotor and rotational speed according to the measured liquid viscosity range (0.5~ 75000000mPa · s) to ensure measurement accuracy ( +/- 1% F. S) and reproducibility ( +/- 0.5% F. S).
* Make sure the RTD temperature probe is properly immersed in the liquid during measurement to obtain accurate temperature data (0 ° C -120 ° C).
* When the screen display torque percentage is less than 10% or higher than 90%, it means that the measurement may be beyond the optimal range, and the rotor should be replaced or the speed should be adjusted.
The main control board of the instrument adopts precision patch technology to avoid severe vibration or impact.
When connecting external devices (e.g. computers, printers), please use the specified RS232 data interface.
