Overview
ANDE DV-3 + PRO digital Viscometer is a program-controlled rotational viscometer designed with functions and performance that meet or exceed the professional level of the same type abroad. It adopts high-subdivision drive technology of stepper motor with 16-bit microcomputer processor as the core, equipped with digital LCD with blue backlight display, and can be connected to computers and printers.
Features
1. Stable and accurate rotation speed, clear key marking, programmed design, and easy operation.
2. When the torque is lower than 10% or higher than 90% measurement range, the instrument will sound an alarm.
3. Equipped with RTD temperature probe, it can monitor and measure viscosity temperature in real time, the accuracy is 0.1 ℃, and the measurement range is 0 ℃ -120 ℃.
4. The screen directly displays the viscosity, speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value that can be measured at the current speed of the selected rotor.
5. Optional RS232 interface can be used for printing, and users can set the printing interval by themselves.
6. The main control board and subdivision driver board are all made of patch technology, and the circuit design is based on a professional microcomputer processor, resulting in a reasonable and compact structure.
7. Measurement and correction of full scale and each gear Linearity are carried out through the PC interface, and the Measurement performance and functions reach the professional level of the same type abroad.
