Overview
ANDE DV-E Digital Viscometer is a digital LCD Viscosity-Tester with 16-bit microcomputer processor and stepper motor high subdivision driver. Its function and performance meet or exceed the professional level of the same type abroad, with program control design, and can be connected to computers and printers.
Features
1. Stable and accurate speed, programmed design, easy to operate.
2. When the torque is lower than 10% or higher than 90% measurement range, the instrument will issue an alarm.
3, equipped with RTD temperature probe, can monitor the measurement temperature in real time, accuracy 0.1 ℃, measurement range 0 ℃ -120 ℃.
4. The screen directly displays viscosity, speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value that can be measured at the current speed.
5. Optional RS232 interface printing is available, and the printing interval can be set by the user.
6. The main control board and driver board use patch technology, and the circuit design is based on a professional microcomputer processor, resulting in a compact and reasonable structure.
7, Full Scale and Linearity Measurement Correction through PC interface, Measurement performance reaches the same type of professional level abroad.
Principle
This product measures the dynamic viscosity of liquids by measuring the Tack Resistance of liquids.
Applications
Oils, paints, food, coatings, paper, cosmetics, chemicals, capsule Adhesives and various fluids
Steps
1. Select the appropriate rotor and speed according to the viscosity range of the liquid to be measured.
2. Install the rotor and immerse it in the sample to the designated marking line.
3. Turn on the instrument, set the speed and start the measurement.
4. Observe the viscosity, temperature, torque and other data displayed on the screen.
5. After the measurement is completed, the printer or computer can be connected for data recording.
Notice
• When measuring, ensure that the torque value is in the range of 10% to 90% to avoid instrument alarm or inaccurate measurement.
• When using the RTD temperature probe, ensure that it is in correct contact with the measured liquid to obtain accurate temperature data.
• According to the measurement requirements, correctly select the rotor number (1 #, 2 #, 3 #, 4 #, 0 #is optional) and speed (0.3~ 100rpm).
• When the instrument is connected to a computer or printer through the RS232 interface, please ensure that the connection is stable.
Measurement calibration of the instrument needs to be done through the PC interface to maintain its accuracy and linearity.
