Overview
DASHENG drying tower-D is an adsorption drying tower, suitable for air Compressors with 3 to 4 pump heads. As an optional Accessories for air Compressors, it is installed on the back of the air Compressor to reduce the dewpoint temperature and achieve the drying effect. It avoids the problem that the oil and gas combine into water due to the temperature reduction of the gas storage tank, which affects the operation of the air pressure equipment or requires regular drainage.

Principle
The drying tower adopts the principle of adsorption drying and realizes the drying effect by reducing the dewpoint temperature. The dewpoint temperature is the temperature at which unsaturated air condenses into liquid water when it maintains the partial pressure of water vapor and reduces the temperature to reach saturation. When the outlet temperature of the air Compressor is too low, the oil-gas mixture will condense in the gas storage tank due to the low temperature, which will affect the lubricating oil effect. The drying tower can effectively reduce the dewpoint temperature and prevent condensation.
