ANDE CH-0506 thermostatic sink is a microcomputer temperature-controlled super Thermostat. It adopts a single-chip microprocessor controller, self-tuning PID adjustment and imported platinum resistance temperature measurement. The instrument is stable and reliable, easy and safe to operate, and can provide users with High Accuracy, controlled and uniform temperature thermostatic field source. Features
1, using intelligent microcomputer control, simple operation, good temperature stability, with upper and lower limit temperature over-temperature alarm and PID automatic control function.
2. Adopt dual-window red-green two-color LED display, the upper window red displays the measurement value, and the lower window green displays the setting value.
3, intelligent microcomputer can correct the temperature measurement deviation, so that the digital display resolution reaches 0.01 ℃.
4. Special user PID can be adjusted automatically.
5. With internal and external circulation functions, the thermostatic liquid in the tank can be introduced outside during external circulation to establish a second thermostatic field.
Principle
The thermostatic water tank receives the temperature signal collected by the imported platinum resistance temperature measuring element through the intelligent microcomputer controller and compares it with the target temperature set by the user. The controller uses the self-tuning PID algorithm to automatically adjust the heating power to maintain the accuracy and stability of the liquid temperature in the Tank and realize High Accuracy thermostatic control.
