Overview
The DASHENG DA5001 silent oil-free air Compressor is the smallest model of Power in the DA500 series, with an operating Power of 550W. It uses a micro reciprocating piston structure, generates air pressure through piston movement, and supports the use of pneumatic devices. The motor single-axis drives the crank and rocker mechanism with a staggered angle of 180 °. This model has 1 pump head and the air storage tank volume is 22L.

Principle
The main motion pair of the silent oil-free air Compressor is a leather bowl piston ring, and the motion pair is a cylindrical surface of aluminum alloy with a protective layer. There is no need to add Lubricant between the motion pairs due to the self-lubrication of the piston rings. The Compressor swings through the crank rocker and the reciprocating motion of the conjoined piston, so that the cylinder Travel volume changes periodically; the uniaxial double-cylinder structure makes the motor rotate once, and each group of cylinders has a cylinder Travel volume change in the opposite direction. When the piston travels to the shaft, there is negative pressure in the cylinder, and the air enters the cylinder through the intake valve (suction process); when the piston travels to the cover, the gas is compressed, the pressure increases, and the exhaust valve opens (exhaust process). The working principle of the whole machine: the piston round-trip movement makes the air enter the Compressor through the filter, the compressed gas opens the check valve through the metal hose and enters the air storage tank, the pressure gauge pointer rises to 0.8 Mpa; when the pressure is greater than 0.8 Mpa, the pressure switch is closed, the motor stops working, and the solenoid valve empties the Compressor cylinder pressure to 0; when the gas is exhausted through the ball valve, the pressure of the air storage tank drops to 0.5 Mpa, the pressure switch automatically opens, and the Compressor reworks.
